Water is very cold and also very hot. We just used a 3 gallon water jug and it worked great. What you see is what you get. Energy star rated.

You can shut off the hot water if you don't need it to save electric. Just a little dusty from sitting. I bought this Primo water dispenser and we issued it for a very short time in my house.

Works excellent. It has been sitting unused. We just didn't use it a lot.
