It has a little refrigerator built in to the bottom, and dispenses hot water, room temperature, and chilled cold water out of 3 separate dispensers from the top. It works with 3 or 5 gallon bottles.

Good for hot tea or soup. No missing parts. The hot is hot.

Very nice for an office. I would much prefer to answer any questions now instead of after the offer is over to avoid future hassles. The refrigerator portion chills very well.

And the cold is cold.
