This is from a home construction project my guess is the contractors used some of these parts on another dispenser and left this one amongst all of the left over things. List price for a new complete set is note this is not a complete set this is for replacement parts for the dispenser and the bottle the hardware to mount it and attach the bottle and the tube that goes to the soap are missing.
