I bought this to replace a previous Hot water dispenser. I didn't have the receipt to return to Lenard's so it has been sitting under my cabinet for many months. It was not compatible with some of my other fixtures.

Has never been out of the box. Can heat 40 cups of water per hour to 200 degrees.
